The member will be responsible for the set up and support of desktop and laptop equipment for our client. Your future duties and responsibilities Responsibilities include: Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC equipment.The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion.Provide end-user assistance where required.Image Workstation for new deployments.Drive to remote sites to provide on-site support (day trips only) - must have a reliable vehicle (mileage is paid) Required qualifications to be successful in this role Mandatory Technical Skills: Windows 7, Windows 10, (Mac OS X is an asset)AntivirusOffice Suites 2010 - 2016Knowledge of Computer hardwareKnowledge of networking principlesTicketing system (ITSP / ITSM is an asset)Experienced Apple support experience is an assetSoft skills: Customer service orientedProfessional appearance since this is a client facing roleSelf-starter, ability to work independentlyMust be able to meet scheduled deliverablesTeam playerDynamicAutonomousResourceful Education Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience LI-SR1
