Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Payroll Entry and Submission
  • Invoice Generation
  • Conduct Monthly Reconciliations
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Collaborate with operations, management, and other office staff
  • Provide mentoring and supervision to junior office staff

Education & Qualifications :

  • Education or experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Sage Accounting software
  • Experience in bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
