Do you have a passion for Powersports? Are you friendly and great with customers? Do you live in the Westlock area? Look no further! We have the job for you! Westlock Powersports & Marine is looking to add a team member to our busy Parts and Service Department!

Our new, state-of-the-art location is only a little over an hour North West of Edmonton and located right on highway 44! Applicants must be willing to commute or relocate.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks :

• Provides excellent customer service and ensures an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer and their vehicle.
• Directs or guides the customer to the location of requested items.
• Responds to and handles customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner both over the phone and in person.
• Deals with challenging situations in a professional manner.
• Keeps up-to-date on in-store promotions, deals, specials, and product locations.
• Sources and orders parts for customers through authorized suppliers.
• Follows established procedures regarding the ordering and sale of parts and provides clear repair recommendations to service customers.
• Communicates with vendors regarding proper returns, and warranties as required.
• Stocks shelves and merchandise display areas using modules and planograms as guidelines.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and identifies/reports low stock levels to order management.

Requirements :

• MUST BE WILLING TO COMMUTE TO WESTLOCK, AB.
• Demonstrated automotive/powersports knowledge and interest. *
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good working knowledge of automotive/powersports parts lookup system and service department procedures.
• The ability to operate a cash register and point of sale machine is an asset.
• The ability to work under mínimal supervision with computerized systems.
• Experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
• Highly approachable, a customer-oriented individual who thrives on offering exceptional service to customers.
• Strong communication skills, ability to listen carefully, and to give precise instructions.
• The ability to work in a team environment that provides assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals.
• The ability to multitask, adapt, and cope with challenging and changing situations.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and solid work ethic.

Salary : $18.00-$40.00 per hour
