  • Produce8

At Produce8, we think the future of work is digital despite the location, but the tools and processes used to operate it are still analog and in-person. Work needs a re-think, and we’re stepping in.

As a venture-backed startup launched out of Top Down Ventures, we’re building a new category of software to help teams collaborate more deeply, communicate more efficiently and work more productively together in the modern work environment. Produce8 is a digital work analytics platform that helps distributed and digital-first teams understand how they interact with their technology and each other. We’re laser-focused on the future of work and crafting a platform to enable it.

We’re passionate about creating the best possible digital work experience for our people. Our company culture supports flexible work hours, finding new ways to reduce digital distractions so our team members can have more calm and focused time in their days, and we’re currently piloting a four-day workweek.

If you’re looking to continue building your career in SaaS, this is an opportunity to join a team dedicated to building a company and a culture you’ll want to stay with for years.

The Opportunity

As our Marketing Manager , you will be a critical part of our early team. You will work to determine our path from supporting a handful of customers taking part in an invite-only beta to the launch and growth of the business. Working under the guidance of experienced leadership and advisory team, you'll have the chance to help build a business that will compete in a multi-billion dollar market. Go-to-market is an extremely challenging aspect of SaaS startups, and we need to be driven, creative people to help make it happen! This is your opportunity to help launch a company and take on an early leadership role.

Summary

Ideally, we are looking for an individual that has worked in early and mid-stage B2B tech companies who has very strong skills in at least one core aspect of marketing (digital marketing, product marketing, growth, or content) and understands the playbook and levers for growth in the adjacent areas (brand, operations, marketing automation, etc.).

We are a startup, and we need doers, not just managers - so you need to be able to define our marketing strategy and deliver the work until the team has been expanded.

They will be well supported by our leadership team, who have deep experience in technology marketing, so if there are gaps in their portfolio, there will be people who can help fill them. They will blaze the trail and ultimately recruit and manage the team needed as we grow.
