Key Job Responsibilities :

• Verify orders and shipments of heavy equipment parts and communicate with internal customers to ensure a timely turn-around time
• Perform parts deliveries and pick-ups around Taber, Lethbridge and and neighboring areas
• Prepare customer orders and processing product returns
• Assist in regular inventory cycle counts
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate records for reporting and tracking
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the Parts Department
• Provide other general support for the Parts Department

Who We're Looking For :

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving is considered an asset, but not necessary as we are willing to train!
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs consistently is required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Good organization, time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
