Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator

Full-Time, Permanent Position

The Roma Fence Group of Companies is seeking a social media savvy individual with graphic design background.

As the Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator, you will be responsible to :

• Write and develop online content for our social media platforms and company blogs alongside management
• Manage and track all social media platforms
• Manage and reply to all online leads, reviews and inquires
• Research new platforms and associations to gain product exposure and company awareness
• Continue to grow our social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Houzz, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Home Stars etc. organically
• Build and develop online connections for future business/charity/public relations opportunities
• Manage and optimize content on all company websites through WordPress
• Design and develop advertisements for various print and online media publications
• Design and develop media for upcoming events
• Design, update and send company documents, brochures and other media to printing company
• Design and distribute internal communications such as the company quarterly newsletter, invitations for corporate events and other communications as required

Requirements :

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent
• 2 years experience in a related field with a strong focus on design and communication
• Excellent writing skills as applied to social media and short-form content
• Demonstrated social media experience for a business purpose, including in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google +, Houzz, HomeStars etc.)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with WordPress and website management
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
