Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to the following)

  • Greeting & assisting office visitors
  • Managing office supplies
  • Answering phones & directing calls
  • Organizing & distributing paperwork
  • Faxing, scanning, photocopying & filing documents
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • General office duties
  • Providing support to various departments as needed

Requirements :

  • Excellent internal/external customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Thrives in a fast pace environment
  • Must be available to start at 8:00am
  • Experience in transportation or similar trades an asset
  • Reliable transportation is required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
