As a Sales & Customer Service agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the best possible protection of our customers' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their product questions and advising on next steps.

About the role:

  • Advise customers on insurance solutions and promote products and services.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose innovative choices and solutions.
  • Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • A real team player, that can collaborate with colleagues on various projects, but also comfortable to work independently.
  • A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others.
  • You must speak French - Requires answering calls and providing service to a French-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
  • Customer-driven and eager to develop advisory skills to help customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills and can juggle between different computers at the same time.
  • Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
