In this exciting opportunity, the Bilingual eCommerce Product Manager will be responsible for the day to day product management on our website to ensure our customers are getting the optimal experience. In this role, you will manage new eCommerce product updates and deployments of product content to ensure that all on-site deliverables meet our best in-class experience standards.

Job Description : Can you?

  • Manage the day to day operations of the eCommerce products to ensure that content, product descriptions, imagery, and data are accurate using the CMS system and PIM system
  • Be main contact for product user experience, product data and imagery
  • Lead eCommerce site initiatives to enable increased revenue through all eCommerce stores
  • Manage new product updates to ensure that all on-site deliverables meet our experience standards and run operations of new and current product initiatives
  • Assist and manage status of inventory and ensure any price changes, descriptions, roll-outs are reflected accurately on the site
  • Be responsible for the development, integration, optimization, migration, deployment, and maintenance of our online products.
  • Work within our eCommerce team to build products, as well as define product vision and customer needs
  • Keep up to date with Merchandising to understand inflow and outflow of products and work closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure that images and product descriptions are accurate
  • Manage the Drop Ship Program managing the process on eCommerce and work closely with the Merchandising & Product Supply teams
  • Work closely with business analytics to understand product sales and make recommendations on website product arrangement
  • Translate strategies into actionable and measurable tactics as well as monitor and measure performance of the products or new releases and understand how customers are engaging with our products on site
  • Collaborate on digital programs from concept to launch with various internal (IT, Merchandising, etc.) and external stakeholders to build products that deliver growth and exceptional customer experience
  • Test, learn, analyze and deliver experiences, optimizing our product performance and customer experience
  • Lead regular touchpoint meetings and to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
  • Partner cross functionally to facilitate decision-making, propose alternative solutions, and help identify gaps in our product and business.
  • Manage the execution of user interface design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class site experiences.
  • Ensure that site and all external digital content aligns with the brand guidelines and that all products are relevant and updated accordingly to meet timelines in order to ensure the customer has an optimal customer experience that aligns with our stores
  • Optimize product navigation, customer experience and conversion rates through setting up A/B tests and communicate customer product reviews, with other teams to better improve the online customer experience

Qualifications : Do you have?

  • A University/College degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or related field
  • At least 3-5 plus years of eCommerce experience and/or eCommerce product experience.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CMS (ie., Oracle Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Salesforce, WooCommerce), PIM, Google Analytics
  • Strong Excel Skills
