THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor files for annual review, license status and training completion.
  • Manage and maintain all Driver Qualification files. Ensuring all documents are up to date
  • Monitor owner-operator maintenance files.
  • Maintain periodic maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor e-logs and make sure drivers are compliant with US and CA Regulations; follow up on any outstanding discrepancies
  • Maintain monthly fleet log reports.
  • Various other responsibilities.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

The minimum education or formal training for this position includes the following Provincial/State or other vocational or professional certification, trade license, apprenticeship or degree:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources an asset
  • HR Certification or Designation an asset
  • Experience in the transportation industry an asset
