Job Duties: Prepare meat, cut/peel vegetables and other ingredients before the food service starts Lead the kitchen helpers according to your own needs to avoid long wait times Must be able Work without supervision and oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Observe and maintain the presentation standards of food up to company standards Be proactive in maintaining the equipment and requests required repairs to the appropriatepersonnel.
