Key Responsibilities - *Execute Digital Advertising Strategies*: Develop and implement digital advertising strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. - *Improve and Scale Digital Ad Campaigns*: Optimize digital ad campaigns, including Facebook Ad Manager and Google AdWords, to maximize their reach and impact. - *Analyze and Report*: Track and report on campaign performance, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement. - *Collaborate and Communicate*: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. Digital Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities - *Media Planning*: Work with the Team on media planning to develop performance-based campaign strategies, bringing insights from trends and past campaign results. - *Dashboard Creation*: Build dashboards according to client's requirements, campaign objectives, and metrics, bringing insights and recommendations in a clear and effective way. - *Industry Engagement*: Keep up to date with industry trends, participating in industry webinars and events when possible. - *Certification Maintenance*: Keep digital platforms certification current. - *Internal Communication*: Communicate with team members and other departments about campaign performances and recommend optimizations. - *Document Management*: Keep clients and campaign documents updated and organized in folders. - *Budget Management*: Assist with DDS Entries and keep campaign budgets updated in Google Sheets. - *Campaign Setup* *& Campaign Tracking*: Launch and review campaign deliveries and update campaign trackers on a weekly basis. Qualifications - *Experience*: At least 3 years of experience in setting up campaigns on different platforms, managing campaign budgets, and providing reporting and recommendations, preferably in an agency environment. - *Performance-Minded*: Proficiency with Programmatic media, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other self-serve platforms, launching thoughtful search campaigns using the latest features and strategies. - *Data Proficiency*: Passionate about data, problem-solving, and lifelong learning. Ability to translate data into insights. - *Independent and Team-Oriented*: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong verbal and written communication skills. - *Technical Skills*: Advanced Excel, Facebook Ad Management, Social Media Content Management, Google Ads certification, experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Tag Manager. - *Content Development*: Develop and curate engaging content for Conlon Motorsports' social media platforms. - *Social Media Management*: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - *Graphic Design*: Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic design tools. - *Event Coordination*: Coordinate and execute events and tradeshows. - *Industry Tools*: Knowledgeable in DealerSpike and Lightspeed CRM. Additional Qualifications - *Social Media Expertise*: 3+ years of experience in managing Facebook and Google AdWords. - *Google AdWords Certification*: Essential for the role. - *Education*: Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in a related field (or comparable work experience). - *SEO and Website Management*: Experience with website management, & SEO - *Automotive Dealership Experience*: Preferred but not required. - *Video and Photo Editing*: Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and website maintenance. - *Digital Marketing Tactics*: Experience in SEM, SEO, targeted display, social media. - *Adobe Creative Suite*: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs is considered an asset.
