The responsibility of a Customer Service Representative include:

  • Convert phone inquiries to reservations and rentals
  • Creating a positive customer service experience by listening to and identifying customer needs
  • Engaging customers in a courteous professional manner
  • Completing the reservations or change process expeditiously
  • Providing accurate information
  • Checking in and out vehicle rentals
  • Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and service

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be 20 years of age
  • Exceptional customer relations/service skill
  • Strong communication skill
