This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail storesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresTrain and develop store managers and staffMonitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenueCollaborate with other departments to optimize store operationsQualifications: Post Secondary Education, with a Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred. 5 years of related experience in the field of Cannabis will be considered. Required Skills: 3 years of Retail Cannabis experienceProven experience as a multistore managerStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven experience in retail operationsPreferred Skills: Technical experience in the following: POS Systems, CCTV, MS OfficeKnowledge of inventory management systemsAbility to analyze data and make strategic decisionsPay range and compensation package: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
