Duties :

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently into the order entry system
  • Review orders for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database
  • Communicate with customers to clarify order details or obtain missing information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Assist with general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents

Skills :

  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in computerized order entry systems
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarity with filing systems and document organization
  • Knowledge of databases and data collection methods
  • Administrative skills to handle office tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
