Discover more about us at our website.What we are looking for in a Plant Manager:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the facility.Align the plant's objectives with the company's overall business strategy.Operational Management:Oversee all aspects of production to ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of high-quality steel blanks.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, cost, and delivery.Assist as required in improvement projects at existing facilities prior to the new facility being operational.Team Development:Lead, mentor, and develop the management team to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff to build a skilled and efficient team.Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure the highest standards of product quality.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the facility.Financial Management:Develop and manage the plant's budget to ensure cost-effective operations.Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets.Integration of Strategic Plans:Ensure the seamless integration of strategic plans across all departments within the facility.Coordinate with other plants and corporate functions to align strategic initiatives and share best practices.
