Communicator: You are an excellent communicator in French as well as in English (written and oral) and have strong interpersonal skills.

You have :
- 2 + years of experience in a sales environment
- A positive and energetic attitude
- A high school diploma
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks
You are responsible for :
- Organizing virtual and in-person events to optimize traffic.
- Enhancing the followers count on IG for ‘Transformer Home’.
- Being a point of contact for followers on social media for those interested in virtual tours.
- Capably conveying information regarding the showroom & requested items to customers
- Making sure items and merchandise are presented in a way that appeals to customers
- Processing orders, quotations and reserves.
- Actively participating in showroom hospitality to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performing routine showroom appearance maintenance
- Routine correspondence with clients in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintaining client database for follow-up purposes
- Approaching pop-up shops
- Developing the market on the island of Montreal and surrounding areas
