Retail Sales Supervisor

West 49 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maximizing store sales while effectively managing wage costs and achieving high standards of visual and loss prevention practices.

• Train, coach, and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
• Recruit and select top talent to join our team, ensuring a strong and diverse workforce.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor and analyze sales and wage cost performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.

• Secondary school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset.
• At least one year of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Proficient in technology, including POS systems and HRIS systems.

• A competitive hourly rate of $22.60.
