Current Opportunity - Team Leader, Construction Services

• Oversee a team managing construction, professional services, and service contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and DCC contract management policies and processes
• Solve complex problems within delegated authority
• Facilitate contract-related coordination and communications between stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and Client-Partners
• Promote and manage business development opportunities
• Cultivate effective relationships within [Your Organization Name], with industry, Client Partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure that quality standards align with corporate and Client-Partner expectations
• Manage and mitigate risks
• Perform human resources functions, including coaching, supervision, mentoring, resource planning, and performance management

You will get to showcase your leadership skills and expertise in construction and professional services. Here are the qualifications we're looking for :

• A minimum university degree or college diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with five years' relevant experience, or the equivalent
• A certification in applicable field (e.g. Project Management Professional, Engineer (PEng or EIT) is preferred.
• Proficiency in using applicable computer software and operating systems
• Application of project, contract, and risk management techniques
• Strong leadership and human resources management skills
• Ability to successfully lead and manage direct reports
