The details of this role would include:
- Permanent, full-time.
- Toronto-based (must have a vehicle and be willing to travel around the GTA).
- Must be willing to work on-site during shifts. Flexible schedule.
The Leasing Consultant assists our prospective residents in their quest for rental accommodations, providing a best in class customer experience.
In this role, you will :
- Enters all possible leads in ERP system to ensure that traffic data and reporting are complete and accurate
- Manage customer interactions through the Leasing process
- Conduct discovery interviews with prospective residents at first point of contact to determine their requirements and promote available products that meets their needs
- Escort potential residents through the property, potential suites, and amenity areas
- Successfully probe barriers and overcomes objections
- Complete Tenancy Documentation
- Facilitate the Tenancy Renewal process
- Collaborate with the property operations team to ensure properties and vacant suites are 'show ready' at all times
- Collaborate with the marketing and revenue management teams in order to optimize use of media, trends, use of advertising channels, demographics
- Supports team goals; objectives, operations and strategy for properties outlined by management;
- Perform all facets of the job in accordance with the legislation applicable to the jurisdiction, including: Conduct regular comparison shopping with local competitors
- Meet or exceeds monthly rental targets
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
