Parts Counter Person/customer Service Representative

We are a small, family owned and operated company looking for someone with good communication and general computer skills, who can learn and adapt to a variety of tasks required. Teamwork is essential. We need someone who can help support other service and parts team members in other areas where required.

Valued experience would include office duties, data entry, service advising, and parts ordering. Attention to detail and excellent data management are of paramount importance, with the ability to follow routines.

Tasks include, but are not limited to;

  • Answering telephones
  • Scheduling service calls
  • Looking up appliance diagrams
  • Filing reports/invoices
  • Invoicing
  • General office/accounting tasks

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Education :

  • Secondary School (required)

Experience :

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • customer service: 3 years (preferred)
