**Retail/ Grocery Supervisor

  • Crowsfoot General Store
  • Liaison to retail updates, processes and relevant information through memos and SOPs to Crowsfoot and General Store team members and management.
  • Restock in-store inventory.
  • Ensure merchandise is clean, forward facing, correctly priced and meets quality standards.
  • Stock new inventory, including pricing, merchandising and adjusting Square inventory.
  • Check for expired and short-dated products. Remove waste from inventory when applicable.
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing Manager to reorder merchandise and to plan and execute upcoming promotions.
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing Department to assist with ongoing social campaigns in relation to the General Store.
  • Work in collaboration with General Manager at Crowsfoot General Store to ensure adequate retail inventory at the cafe. Ensure retail invoicing is promptly provided to the General Manager and Accounting with added notes, when applicable.
  • Being familiar with retail-related Square functions.
  • Work in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine to maintain outside vendor retail inventory.
  • Report back to General Manager of store regarding any challenges or concerns relevant to retail operations.
  • Work with General Store GM to plan and execute retail promotions.
  • Maintain inventory levels by evaluating current stock and creating purchase orders. Review new orders with General Manager prior to sending to supplier.
  • Enter new purchase orders into Square and ensure pricing, inventory, barcodes and other relevant settings are accurate.
  • Meet with potential new vendors and make recommendations for new products.
  • Ensure Square retail buttons are up to date (when required)

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

Salary : $15.50 per hour
