Office Administrator

Overview: Duties :

  • Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Conducting supply runs to procure necessary materials and equipment
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees
  • Maintain office records, including filing systems and databases
  • Managing receipts and expense reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinate human resources tasks such as recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Ensure smooth office logistics and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Handling safety paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of safety reports and documentation.
  • Supporting the safety team in organizing training sessions and safety meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management
  • Familiarity with human resources procedures is a plus
