Overview
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, sensors and loadcells
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Alltorque products
- Training of new customers
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical problems
- Assist Quality Assurance with any documentation required on Service/Training calls
- Aid in the introduction of new products and provide support for existing products
- Aid in the development of new marketing materials and customer support documentation
Experience :
- Proven experience in technical support or a related field
- Knowledge of operating systems including MacOS and Windows
- Strong background in technical support and troubleshooting
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
