Position :Office Coffee Delivery & Service Technician**

Job Location : Greater Toronto Area. Applicants must be within commuting distance of South Etobicoke warehouse and legally entitled to work in Canada.

Job Type : Full-time, Monday-Friday starting at 8:00am.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive the company van along an established route to deliver coffee, snacks, beverages, and break-room supplies.
  • Load products into the van from the warehouse, manage inventory, and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of coffee equipment on location.
  • Install, maintain, and repair various models of commercial coffee and water systems at client locations.
  • Efficiently respond to and manage service calls, diagnose issues, and complete repairs accurately.
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to customers, ensuring stellar service and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle service requests and work orders effectively using company software, maintaining an orderly and accurate parts inventory.
  • Practice safety procedures and proper use of company tools and vehicles.
  • Assist with other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements :

  • Strong interest in technical service and delivery operations, with full training provided for specific job duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude, with the ability to engage effectively with both team members and customers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record, able to operate a delivery van.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, able to regularly lift or move items weighing 5-20 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in various positions, such as kneeling, crouching, or bending, and able to operate hand or power tools.
  • Previous business-to-business customer service experience is an asset.
  • High School diploma required, post-secondary education is considered an asset.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
