As Quotation Specialist / Customer Support at Hela Spice Canada Inc. you will

join our Customer Service Team and provide expert guidance and support to our customers with focus on the strategic creation of quotations for our Hela blends and ingredients.

You will work closely with the Procurement, Product Development, Sales and Production Team to collect and analyze all required information to achieve customer satisfaction and success.

For this role you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to assess customers’ needs, handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

The person we would like on our team must be a detail oriented, able to multi-task and possess the ability to critically interpret information.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and update (strategically price and prepare) quotations for Hela blends and ingredients
  • Review and analyze customer quote requirements to provide quotations that meet defined customer requirements
  • Verify selling prices are accurate and meet target margin expectations
  • Create and maintain cost estimates in our ERP system (SAP)
  • Analyze costs and variances
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate quotes, ensure accurate data, and resolve relevant issues
  • Support all customer service processes and duties
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Develop product and service knowledge sufficient to successfully perform duties

Qualifications :

  • Post secondary degree in business administration or equivalent field combined with 3+ years of experience in a similar role within customer service
  • Ability to review and interpret data and convert the relevant information into competitive customer quotations
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Exceptional time management/multi-tasking
  • Superior business analysis and project management capabilities
  • Must possess ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw solid conclusions
  • Excellent analytical skills, organized and able to prioritize projects and tasks
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Language Requirements: English, French is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus

Compensation negotiable based on skills and experience.
