The Requirements :

  • Grade 12 Diploma
  • Must be willing to work in different locations (High River and Okotoks)
  • Drivers License
  • Reliable Vehicle
  • Work with limited supervision
  • Multitasking is a must as this is a fast pace clinic
  • Motivated to grow and learn
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience in the optical industry is a requirement

Responsibilities :

  • Educate patients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle
  • Informing patients about the advances in technology
  • Performing frame selections to ensure the correct fit and positioning
  • Submit orders to our lab coordinator
  • Performing repairs and adjustments
  • Contribute to store retail sales goals
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Contact lens insertion and removal trainings
  • Visual Fields

Expectation of all Eyes 360 Team Members :

  • Participate in personal and team development training and initiatives including staff meetings, continuing education and conferences.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, leadership team, suppliers and the general public.
  • Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adhere to relevant health and safety procedure
