Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Drive sales and market share.
  • Develop new business through means of cold calling, networking and outside B2B sales presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities, establish new business by cultivating relationships, building rapport, project management, and constant communications with clients.
  • Prospect, engage and close sales with new accounts.
  • Network within existing accounts to find new opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional level of customer care.
  • Communicate and present our capabilities and success stories to customers and prospects.
  • Develop a strategic business/sales plan and execute on that plan.
  • Meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Assist with product quotations.
  • Source and recommend promotional products that meet the clients criteria.
  • Maintain up to date client information in company CRM.
  • Maintain a variety of status reports, including activity, closing, follow-ups and projected sales.
  • Collaborate with company staff and support to accomplish the work required to close sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS SALES EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years in selling B2B services.
  • A positive attitude and a Team player.
  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must possess strong communication, problem solving, cold calling, prospecting and project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with strong influencing, communication and decision-making skills.
  • A quantifiable record of progressive achievement and success.
  • An exceptional level of motivation, desire, competitiveness, customer driven focus, time management, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
  • Passion and drive to develop a craft beyond selling; Career oriented & highly organized Strong presentation skills

Job Types : Full-time, Contract, Commission

Salary : Lucrative Commissioned Based Compensation for the Seasoned/Experienced Promotional Product Sales Representative.

Salary : $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
