Retail Sales Associate

Duties :

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers, specifically with engraving inquires and details.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at front counter
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Services

  • On site services for customers include key cutting, watch battery changing, watch band adjustments, engraving. Training for all services will be provided.

Qualifications:

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
