What can you expect fin this role?

  • Underwrite and process incoming IRCA transactions in accordance with underwriting guidelines and authority
  • Underwrite and process transactions (core and ancillary) not enabled by self-service functionality and supports transactions referred by PPU for batch changes / updates
  • Upon acknowledgement that a transaction requires further escalation the IRCA processor would document and refer to the appropriate escalation team
  • Consulting with the appropriate escalation contact on inquiries and transactions outside of their authority level. When appropriate directs inquiries to CAC, BSS/Tech Support
  • Escalating a limited volume of inquiries to key points of contact, as appropriate (e.g. IRCA Service Escalations, Billing & Payment Escalations, BSS / Tech Support)
