Job Description : Responsibilities : Meat Cutting: Expertly cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meats according to customer preferences and specifications.

Sausage Making: Proficient in crafting a diverse range of sausages, including grinding, seasoning, and stuffing, while ensuring consistency and quality.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage meat and sausage inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with meat and sausage selection, offering cooking tips, and answering questions.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and tools.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all meats and sausages meet our high-quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate tasks and contribute to the overall success of the shop.

Requirements : Experience: Proven experience as a Butcher with expertise in both meat cutting and sausage making.

Sausage Making Skills: Demonstrated ability to craft a variety of sausages, understanding different flavor profiles, and using proper techniques.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of various cuts of meat, meat types, and proper handling procedures.

Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy cuts of meat, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Sanitation: Understanding and commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.

Salary : $15.00-$22.00 per hour
