Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled concrete Repair Technician to join our team.
Duties :
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and formulate appropriate repair methodologies depending on the problem
- work with various preparation equipment including shotblasters, scarifiers, chipping hammers, concrete sawa, crack chasing equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality
- mix, place and finish various concrete repair materials, caulkings, and waterproofing systems
- Collaborate with other team members to improve repair processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Repair Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of repair systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment when necessary
- highly skilled in placing and finishing concrete repair mortars
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with welding or fabrication
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the repair industry
