Head Server/supervisor

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to all guests - Supervise and train servers to ensure high-quality service - Oversee the dining area to ensure cleanliness and organization - Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Assist with food preparation and handling as needed - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Proficient in food preparation techniques and proper handling procedures - Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to lead and motivate a team of servers Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
