Bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at Bucks Tavern. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Duties :

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with agco and company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
• Familiarity with bartending techniques, recipes, and drink preparation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating bills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

Job Types : Part-time, Permanent

Salary : $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
