The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive travel planning services to our esteemed guests, as well as providing advice on destinations, activities, and any other related topics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of travel consulting experience.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems, GDS, and online travel tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations, with knowledge of the North American travel market, an asset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal fluency in English and French is an asset.
• Valid work authorization.

Job Duties will include (but not be limited to) :

• Understanding clients' preferences, budgets, and travel requirements to design tailored itineraries.
• Working with all guests and providing expert advice on vacation arrangements to maximize their experience and value.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Using preferred suppliers or approved suppliers to both research and book vacation components.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, and all other administrative tasks related to travel bookings.
• Maintaining an organized filing system and proper notes regarding all communication and information pertaining to guests’ files.
• Handling customer complaints in a professional manner.

Pay: $34,840.00-$75,000.00 per year
