Cogir Real Estate is seeking a part time Residential Building Superintendent position, to join our multi-residential apartment complex located in Ottawa, ON.

The position(s) will include the following :

• On-the-job Training

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Administrative office duties;
• Show vacant apartments to prospective residents;
• Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors;
• Prepare apartments for new residents;
• Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections;
• Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance;
• Other grounds maintenance;
• Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly;
• Always maintaining positive safety and security;
• Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;
• Maintain fire safety and winter logs;
• Follow an "on call" schedule;
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Essential Skills :

• Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset;
• Oral communication;
• Working with others;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
