Community Care Concepts is a non-profit volunteer-based organization that provides high quality support services throughout the Townships of Woolwich, Wellesley and Wilmot that enable seniors and adults with disabilities to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.
We are searching for a part-time Program Assistant (a minimum of 21 hours per week) to facilitate a variety of social and recreational programs, including gentle exercise classes, in Wilmot Township. Working cooperatively with the Supervisor of our Adult Day Programs as well as the lead for our Gentle Exercise and Falls Prevention Program, the Program Assistant is directly involved in facilitating SMART© exercise classes which enhance the strength and balance of participants while minimizing the risks of falls as well as a variety of social and recreational programs based upon identified needs.
