The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with a strong focus on healthcare and/or professional services sectors. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles that match their skills and career aspirations. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. What will you be doing? Source candidates via various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and referralsConduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements and standards Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates in healthcare and professional services industriesProvide expert advice and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment processManage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and placementMaintain accurate and updated records of candidate and client interactions in the company’s databaseAchieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets and KPIsStay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide account management with informed insights and recommendationsWhy join Power?
