What makes us different from other agencies is simple – we genuinely care about the work we do.Job Overview:As the Recruitment Manager at Power Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process within our two primary verticals – Professional Services and Healthcare. Your goal will be to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team, establish strategic partnerships, and ensure the timely and efficient placement of qualified candidates to meet client needs. We operate in an extremely fast-paced environment fulfilling immediate shifts, temporary, contract and permanent positions in high volumes.What will you be doing? Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals, while providing leadership and guidance to the recruitment teamTeam Management: Recruit, train, and manage the recruitment team, setting performance goals, studying metrics, and fostering a positive work environment; conduct daily priority meetings and review resultsClient Relationship Management: Collaborate with Account Managers, Account Executives and Leadership Team to understand client staffing needs, build strong relationships and deliver exceptional serviceCandidate Sourcing and Screening: Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring high-quality candidate selection through thorough screening and assessmentCompliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, implement quality assurance measures, and monitor recruitment metrics for continuous improvement including revision of deployment activity for monthly commission pay-outWhy join Power?
