Currently, we have an opening for a Remote Monitoring Analyst. The Remote Monitoring Analyst is responsible for performing equipment remote monitoring service by utilizing telematics and maintenance data via digital tools. Creating reports and flows of information for equipment condition monitoring, operator behavior and performance identification. As part of the Productivity & Reliability Center the Remote Monitoring Analyst performs maintenance analysis, probable root cause analysis, identification of critical items and direct predictive maintenance routines in support of the equipment reliability and production availability. What you will be doing - Perform remote monitoring of our customer’s fleet in terms of telemetry data to ensure the optimal performance of the fleet - Statistically analyze equipment/asset performance to assess functional system reliability, asset availability, equipment maintainability, process safety & environment - Promote technical, systemic, human/behavioral reliability improvement factors across sites - Provide analytical input to reliability engineers and help them to create robust RCA reports and recommendations to improve the performance of equipment based on the insights of data - Perform daily monitoring of Adhoc alarms to provide feedback to the Specialist for action by the customer - Assist in the creation of custom internal reports to leverage the data internally within Sandvik Environmental Health and Safety - We are ethical and compliant, dedicated to health, safety, and sustainability.
