Restaurant General Manager

This is a full time salary position. Previous Management experience is a requirement. Experience within the Cara/Recipe Brands would be very beneficial, but is not a requirement.

Availability: Shifts will vary between opening/mid and closing shifts. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays (closed on Christmas Day).

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Creating and inputting schedules
  • Counting and processing inventory
  • Ordering and processing invoices (includes food, small wares, uniforms, etc)
  • Managing a staff of approximately 60ppl
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Adhering to all brand and food safety standards
  • Using the brand allocated systems to increase profitability for the business
  • Social media and local area marketing
  • Communicating with businesses and local organizations to drive profitability

Salary : $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
