This is a full time salary position. Previous Management experience is a requirement. Experience within the Cara/Recipe Brands would be very beneficial, but is not a requirement.
Availability: Shifts will vary between opening/mid and closing shifts. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays (closed on Christmas Day).
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Creating and inputting schedules
- Counting and processing inventory
- Ordering and processing invoices (includes food, small wares, uniforms, etc)
- Managing a staff of approximately 60ppl
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Adhering to all brand and food safety standards
- Using the brand allocated systems to increase profitability for the business
- Social media and local area marketing
- Communicating with businesses and local organizations to drive profitability
Salary : $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
