Business Development Executive, Healthcare (Remote within North America)

Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development, we are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to join the Multiview team. This is a sales role, responsible for developing new Healthcare enterprise clients for Multiview’s core business software solutions.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Network directly with Hospital and Health System leadership to analyze their business needs and requirements
  • Identify and engage with prospective customers through business directories, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance
  • Propose solutions, provide functionality and pricing information, prepare, and present sales presentations and facilitate product demos
  • Accurately scope and package the Multiview solutions for budgetary and contract documents
  • Negotiate the budgetary terms and conditions for contract agreements
  • Progress and maintain the new business pipeline, tracking opportunities across the different stages of the prospect’s sales process.
  • Understand differentiators of Multiview and continue the education of the industry and professional interest

  • The “_ Business Development Executive ” is responsible for progression through the full sales cycle with engagements including, but not limited to, prospecting, value proposition, contracting, negotiations, deal closure, understanding the target markets (company project challenges/opportunities) to build trust and earn the business of our prospects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Develop and lead the enterprise sales cycle introduction to close
  • Interact directly with prospects to address business, functionality, and technical questions
  • Coordinate with the experts of Multiview that articulate Multiview’s expertise and capabilities in healthcare to prospects
  • Provide technical, value-based solutions overview for the product configured to a client’s requirements and use cases
  • Accurately prepare product proposals with input from multiple teams across Multiview
  • Respond and delegate responses for RFPs and RFI’s from prospective buyers
  • Manage and lead proof of concept evaluations
  • Demonstrate Multiview’s core values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma with a focus on Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Health Care Administration is preferred)
  • Proven ability to consistently attain sales targets
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), research, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience working in an executive client-facing role
  • A results-oriented mindset delivering quality solutions and consultation for our stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a high volume of projects
  • Ability to multi-task, probe, analyze and problem-solve with keen attention to detail
