Must have efficient interpersonal skills and be proficient with computer technology. Needs to be flexible, organised and reliable. Need to be able to deal with operators, customers and vendors. Must know how to maintain work records and logs, perform general office duties. Needs to be able to dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations. Must maintain vehicle operator work records and receive requests for emergency assistance or service. Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses.
