Organizational Change Management Specialist (Hybrid)

Al-Pac is seeking an Organizational Change Management Specialist in our St. Albert office. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, Stakeholder Relations, this position will provide expert organizational change management (OCM) business services across the organization in support of corporate objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • OCM Expertise - provide expertise, coaching and best practice guidance for the development of OCM strategies for projects and initiatives across the organization; where required, lead development of OCM strategies; work with the corporate communications team to develop communications in support of OCM strategies; provide expertise and guidance for implementation of OCM strategies; provide expertise, coaching and best practice guidance for change resistance; develop and promote internal OCM tools and resources, and coordinate OCM training across the organization
  • Stakeholder Engagement - engage and collaborate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders to develop effective OCM strategies; build effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders, and provide consistent professional OCM expertise, coaching and best

practice guidance in support of business objectives Administration**:

  • produce, update and provide best practice OCM business services, including workflow and process improvementsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
  • Undergraduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in Organizational Leadership, Business

Administration, Leadership, Learning and Organizational Change or a related field. 5-7 years professional experience leading organizational change initiatives, preferably using the Prosci ADKAR® model. Certification in Prosci® is an asset.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presenting communication skills

  • Strategic planning skills, with experience developing action plans to achieve objectives, including timelines and resourcing needs Ability to plan, organize and prioritize activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

  • Ability to engage in effective communication and build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders with good judgement, tact, discretion and trust. The ability to maintain confidentiality and manage private, sensitive and confidential information accordingly. :

  • Experience developing and implementing project plans, including setting milestones and timelines, and identifying resource requirements
