We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Postal Clerk at Canada Post Corp.
This temporary on-call position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in mail operations and retail environments. As a Postal Clerk, you will have the chance to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, and develop your skills in sales, customer service, and mail processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Operate a computer point of sale system to process transactions
- Maintain floor displays and conduct merchandizing and inventory control
- Process financial transactions, including cash, cheques, debit, and credit card payments
- Receive, sort, sequence, and batch mail items
- Experience in customer service in a retail environment
- Sales experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
