Personal Trainer

Duties:

  • Design and implement personalized exercise programs for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities
  • Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels and track their progress over time
  • Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and maximize results
  • Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support
  • Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their exercise programs as needed
  • Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout area

Experience :

  • Previous experience working as a personal trainer or in a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide clients towards their fitness goals
  • Ability to educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness

Job Types : Part-time, Casual

Salary : $16.55-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 3 per week
