Position : Sites Admin

Hours : Monday to Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm

Type :Full-Time; Fixed-Term 6 months contract

Primary duties and responsibilities :

  • Responsible for handling all site related requests and processes accurately and efficiently
  • Handle site inquires and complaints
  • Liaise with client support group for all site related complaints from clients
  • Liaise with sites throughout diplomatically, while maintaining a strong and effective relationship
  • Be proficient in finding and setting-up new sites, this includes the co-ordination of training for sites
  • Responsible for handling site supply orders, new site set-ups and site cancellations
  • Ensure services are compliant with all applicable legislation
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade sites to meet pricing objectives
  • Follow DriverCheck’s policies and procedures
  • Work in conjunction with other department staff to provide efficient process flow across the organization
  • Assist in developing and implementing new processes and work flow
  • Other duties as may be assigned

  • Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizing and managing time effectively in order to optimize productivity and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in conjunction with co-workers in the customer service department in particular the sites staff to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively on a daily basis
  • Ability to communicate in French is considered an asset
