Aecon Utilities is ready to become Canada’s #1 utility construction provider and we’re looking for a Customer Relations Liaison to help us getthere! Reporting to the Project Manager, the Customer Relations Liaison will be responsible to answer customer queries and/or complaints providing information on construction activities and final restoration issues. Key Responsibilities Phone calls and face to face concurrences for construction activities with property owners Provide information to customer in a courteous and professional manner Enter and track data into a tablet in the field Follow Aecon’s corporate health & safety program Adhere to Aecon’s Site Policy & Procedures Manual and Environmental Policies Be an ambassador of the company both internally and externally Driving and travel across Important Company Performs other duties and responsibilities as required. Required Knowledge and Experience Ability to work various shifts including evenings and rotational weekends High level of drive, competitive spirit and track record of achievement Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Background in sales and construction is an asset Must hold valid driver’s license (G Class) and access to own vehicle Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project and Excel skills
