Description

The Saskatchewan Health Quality Council is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis in our Saskatoon office located at Innovation Place. Our organization has a mandate to measure and report on health care quality and to promote and support quality improvement throughout Saskatchewans health care system.

If you are someone who enjoys providing effective and reliable customer-focused administrative support, then this might be the role for you! You will support the improvement of office processes to assist key organizational functions as required. This might include but is not limited to: Sorting mail, filing/copying, answering phones, maintaining/ordering office supplies, and providing general reception and office administration as needed.

In addition, you will be coordinating logistics for meetings, booking facilities, calls or

webinars, arranging travel and accommodations, and preparing correspondence and reports for leadership and other team members.

To be successful in this role you must be detail-oriented, demonstrate basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and able to work on multiple tasks providing timely, accurate, and friendly service. In addition, you should have a demonstrated ability to work on a team or independently, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be adaptable in changing work priorities on short notice to support team members.
