Jim Pattison Collision & Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Job Summary : Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, you will act as the body shop's front-line customer relations and service sales representative. The Customer Service Representative's primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer experience while providing all components of administrative support to the repair facility team. CSR plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members.

Requirements :

  • At least a year of body shop experience.
  • Forward-facing customer service experience or sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with DMS software such as Mitchell Connect and CDK is an asset.
  • Driver’s license in good standing and clean driver’s abstract required.
